Chloé Corleto — Fractional CMO & GTM Consultant

I'm Chloé Corleto — a bilingual FR/EN marketing leader with 9+ years of senior experience across B2B SaaS, fintech, telecoms and eCommerce. I've built and scaled Go-to-Market functions at Square, Amazon, BT/EE and Sunrise — and I've also been on the founder side as CMO of Twelve Sparks and creator of the eCommerce brand Babelitos.

That double experience — corporate operator and founder — is what I bring to every engagement: the rigour of a Square or Amazon GTM playbook, the speed and budget-discipline of a startup, and an AI-first execution layer that compresses weeks of work into days.

I graduated MBA Valedictorian from NUCB Business School in Japan (Global Leadership Program) and hold a BSc in International Business.     Owned 360° marketing for an eCommerce startup with full P&L: brand, web, content, paid. Drove Google Display CPC from £0.65 → £0.08 and online engagement from 5% → 40%.

    Led GTM and 3rd-party partnerships (Philips, TP-Link). Built sales-enablement programmes that translated technical features into commercial benefits. Smart Home bundle sales target beat by 115% in 6 months.

    Hardware Product Marketing Manager — Square (Block Inc.)

    End-to-end GTM for Square hardware across Europe with focus on the French market launch. Built playbooks and ROI calculators. +23% activation, +4% revenue Year 1, +25% win-rate on multi-location deals.
